Both of our boys went through Rehoboth Cooperative Preschool, and it was a rewarding experience for our entire family. Both of our children went into Kindergarten prepared academically and socially. As for myself and my husband, we sent them to Kindergarten confidently, and with the information we needed to adjust into their schools.
Not only is Rehoboth Cooperative Preschool a wonderful “stepping stone” to Kindergarten, but it is a community of its own! To this day, I meet and speak with people my children went to preschool with (some well over 7 years ago), and other parents with alumni children. I always hear wonderful things from these parents, and we left this preschool with strong friendships and great memories!
Personally, I found RCP to be one of my most rewarding life experiences, not only because of the benefit to my children, but for myself as well. I enjoyed the “Cooperative” part of this preschool, and it taught me how to participate in my children’s education in a helpful and constructive manner. After both my children passed through, I became employed at Rehoboth Cooperative Preschool as the Two-Year-Old teacher because I loved the school and its community enough to stay!
